On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Georgia voters will decide three constitutional amendments. The South Atlanta District does not endorse candidates or positions — we ask every member to study the ballot, make a plan, and vote.

Amendment 1Conservation Use AcreageIncreases the maximum qualifying acreage for assessment and taxation as bona fide conservation use property — from 2,000 acres to 4,000 acres. Amendment 2Nonpartisan Probate JudgesProvides for the nonpartisan election of all probate court judges. Amendment 3Next Generation 9‑1‑1 FundAuthorizes creation of the Georgia Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund for 9-1-1 systems expansion, maintenance, and operation.
